Terms of Membership

 

As a member of the NeuroHub VA Network, I agree to the following terms and responsibilities, which ensure a safe, ethical, and professional community for all members.

 

1. Confidentiality & Respect

I understand that all discussions, ideas, resources, and personal or professional experiences shared within the NeuroHub VA Network, including meetings, group chats, training sessions, and directories are confidential.


I will not share, replicate, or disclose this information outside of the network without expressed written permission.

 

2. Intellectual Property & Originality

I agree not to plagiarise or replicate any intellectual property belonging to NeuroHub VA Network and it’s members.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Workshop structures and training materials

  • Website or social media content

  • Service models, programme frameworks, or language

  • Resources or ideas shared within the network

I understand that the founders work remains their sole intellectual property and cannot be reused, repurposed, or shared without written consent.

 

3. Professional Standards

I commit to maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and inclusivity in all my interactions and work associated with the NeuroHub VA Network.


This includes:

  • Communicating respectfully

  • Protecting the reputation of the network

  • Supporting a psychologically safe environment for all members

 

4. Community Conduct

I will contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful community culture.

I understand that discrimination, exclusion, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of my membership.

 

5. Breach of Terms

I understand that breaches of these terms may result in:

  • A formal warning

  • Suspension or review of membership

  • Removal from the network, if necessary

In cases involving intellectual property theft, breach of confidentiality, or reputational harm, the NeuroHub VA Network reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate. This may include cease and desist orders, financial restitution, or other legal remedies in accordance with UK law.
